Recipe: “Nightshade’s” Drool-Worthy Pizza Sauce

“What are you doing?” Emma asked.

“Ordering pizza from Nightshade’s,” said Malcom. “There’s an app.”

“A what?” said Dru.

“Nightshade?” Livvy turned around. “The vampire?”

“He owns a pizza place. The sauce is divine,” Malcolm said, kissing his own fingers.

“Aren’t you worried what’s in it?” said Livvy.

Recipe: Fried Egg Burgers with Rosemary Roasted Sweet Potatoes

“…on the fourth day he comes into the room with an honest-to-God hamburger on a hot, homemade bun and a side of roasted potatoes. It’s the first real food I’ve had since escaping Camp Ashpit. It’s also a freaking hamburger, which I haven’t tasted since the Arrival and which, I think I’ve pointed out, I was willing to kill for.”
